Objectives
With regard to information systems, the current needs of health care institutions can be summarized in a few key points :
- interoperability,
- conformance,
- security,
- coherence,
- strategic vision
- and global organization.
Launched in 2007 by the GMSIH, BREC (French abbreviation for Report, Feedback and Advice) enables us to respond to some of these needs. This is an evaluation of institutions' information systems and their level of conformity with the state of the art, followed by feedback to the institutions benefiting from the evaluation.
Performing a BREC is based on the voluntary participation of the beneficiary institution.
