Objectives

The purpose of the GMSIH’s support activity is to help health care institution teams use the recommendations, studies and methods published by the group.

We provide two main types of support :

1. Structured projects

These projects usually take place over several months, with a group of health care institutions, and address an issue that has been the subject of one of the group’s publications.

The approach for this type of project is as follows :

• preparation ;
• call for applications / choice of participating health care institutions ;
• carrying out of the support ;
• report on the project, feedback.

2. Individual support actions

On direct request by a health care institution, the GMSIH can help the institution's team to understand a particular problem for which clarification is required. This type of support usually takes the form of a half-day or one-day working meeting following upstream preparation on the basis of the information provided by the institution's team.
